میں تو پتھر کا ہو گیا جیسے
داغ باقی نہیں کہ نقش کہوں
کوئی دیوار دھو گیا جیسے
جاگتا ذہن غم کی دھوپ میں تھا
چھاؤں پاتے ہی سو گیا جیسے
دیکھنے والا تھا کل اس کا تپاک
پھر سے وہ غیر ہو گیا جیسے
کچھ بچھڑنے کے بھی طریقے ہیں
خیر جانے دو جو گیا جیسے
