dil ki girhen kahan wo kholta hai
dil kī girheñ kahāñ vo kholtā hai
chāhatoñ meñ bhī jhuuT boltā hai
sañg-rezoñ ko apne hāthoñ se
motiyoñ kī tarah vo roltā hai
kaisā mīzān-e-adl hai us kā
phuul kāñToñ ke saath taultā hai
aisā vo diplomat hai 'akbar'
zahr amrit ke saath gholtā hai

sang-rezon ko apne hathon se
motiyon ki tarah wo rolta hai
kaisa mizan-e-adl hai us ka
phul kanTon ke sath taulta hai
