دکھ کے اندھے کنویں میں ڈال ہمیں
موت آئے گی لا زوال ہمیں
جا بھی دیکھو مہیب سائے ہیں
اس اذیت سے تو نکال ہمیں
ہے یہ شاید گزر محبت کی
راستے لگ رہے ہیں لال ہمیں
منزلیں چھوڑ رہبران جنوں
تو تو بس اس گھڑی سنبھال ہمیں
عشق میں رنج و آہ سوزاں ہے
اب بتاتا ہے یہ ہلال ہمیں
گاؤں سے تیرا کوچ کرتے ہی
سانس لینا ہوا محال ہمیں
