घबराया सा सहमा-सहमा रहता हूँ
अपने साए से भी डरता रहता हूँ
सन्नाटे में चीख़ सी गूँजा करती है
ठंडी ठंडी आहें भरता रहता हूँ
झूट न कहना मुझ से प्यार भी करते हो
ख़ाली सीप सा तट पर बैठा रहता हूँ
जल गए जो अरमान सजाए सपनों ने
राख के ढेर में अब क्या ढूँढता रहता हूँ
उड़ते रहते हैं आसेब निगाहों में
ख़ौफ़ से 'राज' मैं थरथर काँपता रहता हूँ
