ہر حسیں مہربان ہے بابا
دم قدم امتحان ہے بابا
اس کے غصے میں نغمگی سی ہے
وہ بہت خوش بیان ہے بابا
وہ یقیں تھا جو عہد ماضی میں
آج مثل گمان ہے بابا
ہے خفا آج ہر خوشی مجھ سے
غم بہت مہربان ہے بابا
کرب غم میں بھی مسکرا دینا
ہم سے لوگوں کی شان ہے بابا
دل بھٹکتا نہیں ہے راشدؔ کا
عقل جو درمیان ہے بابا
