ہر کوئی سائبان کے نیچے ہے
ہر کوئی سائبان کے نیچے ہے
چاند بھی آسماں کے نیچے ہے
یاد ماضی ہے خار کا جنگل
اور دل ناتواں کے نیچے ہے
زلزلہ بن زمین ہلتی ہے
کچھ تو میرے مکاں کے نیچے ہے
شمع کی لو نظر نہیں آتی
اک دھواں سا دھواں کے نیچے ہے
یا تو دل پر چٹان ہے کشورؔ
یا وہ آتش فشاں کے نیچے ہے
