اک ذرا تم سے شناسائی ہوئی
شہر بھر میں میری رسوائی ہوئی
حسن کو کوئی بھی دے پایا نہ مات
جب ہوئی عاشق کی پسپائی ہوئی
دیکھنے کو کچھ نہیں تھا گر یہاں
چشم بینا کیوں تماشائی ہوئی
اس نے پوچھا میرے آنے کا سبب
میں نے یہ جانا پذیرائی ہوئی
التجا دہرا رہا ہوں پھر وہ جوشؔ
جو ہے لاکھوں بار دہرائی ہوئی
