اتنا چپ چاپ تعلق پہ زوال آیا تھا
دل ہی رویا تھا نہ چہرے پہ ملال آیا تھا
صبح دم مجھ کو نہ پہچان سکا آئینہ
میں شب غم کی مسافت سے نڈھال آیا تھا
پھر ٹپکتی رہی سینے پہ یہ شبنم کیسی
یاد آئی نہ کبھی تیرا خیال آیا تھا
کہکشاں میرے دریچوں میں اتر آئی تھی
میرے ساغر میں ترا عکس جمال آیا تھا
اب نہ وہ ذوق وفا ہے نہ مزاج غم ہے
ہو بہو گرچہ کوئی تیری مثال آیا تھا
