garm rutoñ meñ maiñ ne duā.eñ māñgī thiiñ
kab aa.ī barsāt mujhe kuchh yaad nahīñ
bachpan meñ ik khel to maiñ ne khelā thā
jiit huī yā maat mujhe kuchh yaad nahīñ
maiñ to us kā saath nibhātī aa.ī huuñ
kyā kyā the sadmāt mujhe kuchh yaad nahīñ

KHatm hui kab raat mujhe kuchh yaad nahin
dil mein jine ki ek KHwahish hoti thi
ab hain jo haalat mujhe kuchh yaad nahin
garm ruton mein main ne duaen mangi thin
kab aai barsat mujhe kuchh yaad nahin
bachpan mein ek khel to main ne khela tha

main to us ka sath nibhati aai hun
