جب بھی اس کی خواہش رکھنا
اچھا ہے کچھ دانش رکھنا
لاکھ منع کر دینے پر بھی
جاری اپنی کوشش رکھنا
میں نے محبت سکھلائی تھی
سیکھا کس نے رنجش رکھنا
دل مندر مسجد جیسا ہے
دل میں نہ کوئی سازش رکھنا
خواہش میں سر بھی جاتے ہیں
سوچ سمجھ کر خواہش رکھنا
چاہت کا مطلب ہوتا ہے
دل میں زندہ آتش رکھنا
ہنس دینے پر اس کے آگے
کوئی مت فرمائش رکھنا
