جتنا بھیتر سے چھٹپٹاتا ہوں
اتنا باہر سے مسکراتا ہوں
مجھ کو اکثر وہی ڈراتے ہیں
جن گناہوں کو بھول جاتا ہوں
مجھ کو دیتا ہے حوصلہ کوئی
جب بھی مشکل میں خود کو پاتا ہوں
جب بھی ہوتی نئی غزل کوئی
خود سے پہلے تجھے سناتا ہوں
لوگ گنتے ہیں کرچیاں میری
اتنے حصہ میں ٹوٹ جاتا ہوں
جیت لیتا ہوں میں سمندر کو
اور قطرے سے ہار جاتا ہوں
