ḳhudā kī mujh pe rahmat ho ga.ī to
tumheñ bhī mujh se ulfat ho ga.ī to
mohabbat ko qayāmat kah rahe ho
kisī din ye qayāmat ho ga.ī to
mujhe dil kī sharāfat par yaqīñ hai
nigāhoñ se sharārat ho ga.ī to
chhuḌā kar haath apnā jaane vaalo
tumheñ merī zarūrat ho ga.ī to
dukhāo be-sabab mat dil kisī kā
kahīñ nārāz qudrat ho ga.ī to
