خواہشوں کا امتحاں ہونے تو دو
فاصلے کچھ درمیاں ہونے تو دو
مے کشی بھی با وضو ہوگی یہاں
شیخ کو پیر مغاں ہونے تو دو
منزل مقصود سے آئی صدا
دل کو میر کارواں ہونے تو دو
خامشی آواز بن جائے گی یوں
بے زبانی کو زباں ہونے تو دو
کیا نہیں ممکن ہے کچھ صیاد سے
اس کو اپنا باغباں ہونے تو دو
