کیا میرا ہی چہرا ہے
جس کو سالوں دیکھا ہے
سورج رات کے آنگن سے
بالکل تنہا بیٹھا ہے
اس کو لے کر بانہوں میں
پیار زیادہ کرنا ہے
عشق گزیدہ راہی کو
رونا بھی تو پڑتا ہے
بھرے پرے کمرے کے بیچ
میرا دل ہی تنہا ہے
آج کا فرحتؔ ہر لمحہ
آنے والے کل کا ہے
