lā-makānī se ḳhauf aatā hai
ab kahānī se ḳhauf aatā hai
us ko dariyāoñ se mohabbat hai
mujh ko paanī se ḳhauf aatā hai
shaam ko ghar se maiñ nikaltā huuñ
phir javānī se ḳhauf aatā hai
maut se bāt-chīt hotī hai
zindagānī se ḳhauf aatā hai
la-makani se KHauf aata hai
ab kahani se KHauf aata hai

sham ko ghar se main nikalta hun
