لو بڑھی اور بھی بڑھانے سے
لو بڑھی اور بھی بڑھانے سے
جل اٹھے ہیں دیے پرانے سے
وقت ملتا تو پیار بھی کرتے
ان کو فرصت کہاں رلانے سے
نقش جیسا سبھاؤ ہے ان کا
اور بگڑیں گے وہ بنانے سے
ایک میں ہی کہاں پریشاں ہوں
تنگ ہے وہ بھی تو زمانے سے
روشنی جس نے دی زمانے کو
میرا رشتہ ہے اس گھرانے سے
موسموں کا مزاج ہے ظاہرؔ
اور بگڑیں گے وہ زمانے سے
