میں تتلیوں کے حسیں پر بناتا رہتا ہوں
میں تتلیوں کے حسیں پر بناتا رہتا ہوں
نہ جانے کیسا یہ منظر بناتا رہتا ہوں
کبھی یہ وقت نہیں آتا لوٹ کر پھر سے
میں اپنے وقت کو گوہر بناتا رہتا ہوں
میں اپنی آنکھ میں پانی سمیٹ لیتا ہوں
تو کاغذوں پہ سمندر بناتا رہتا ہوں
جدید دور کا مجھ پر اثر ہوا کیسا
میں ٹوٹے شیشے سے پتھر بناتا رہتا ہوں
