na jaane kyā batānā chāhtā thā
ajab vahshat thī suune rāstoñ par
vo ḳhud kā haath thāme chal rahā thā
muḳhātib huuñ adhūrī ḳhvāhishoñ se
yahī vo kaam thā jo Tal rahā thā

ajab wahshat thi sune raston par
