اب وہ فتنے سمجھ میں آنے لگے
پھر وہی انتظار کی زنجیر
رات آئی دیے جلانے لگے
چھاؤں پڑنے لگی ستاروں کی
روح کے زخم جھلملانے لگے
حال احوال کیا بتائیں کسے
سب ارادے گئے ٹھکانے لگے
منزل صبح آ گئی شاید
راستے ہر طرف کو جانے لگے
