حاصل انتظار آ جائے
دل کی الجھن کو بخش دے جو سکوں
وقت وہ خوش گوار آ جائے
گیسوؤں کی جو تیرے چھاؤں ملے
میرے دل کو قرار آ جائے
وہ اگر میرے پاس سے گزرے
زندگی میں بہار آ جائے
نام وہ کیوں رہے نہ چرچے میں
لب پہ جو بار بار آ جائے
جب حسنؔ عشق کا چراغ جلے
شاعری کا شعار آ جائے
