پھول ہنسے کیوں روئی شبنم
راز کی باتیں مبہم مبہم
دونوں آساں دونوں مشکل
بے ربطی اور ربط باہم
دریا کی اجمالی صورت
قطرہ قطرہ موتی شبنم
جس دن بھی وہ برہم ہوگا
اس دن دنیا درہم برہم
آصیؔ ہوں یا قاضی صاحب
دونوں بھی ہیں ابن آدم
