ترے کن کا تو پینترا ہے پرانا
نئے معجزے مانگتا ہے زمانا
چھپا ہے جو ہم سے پتہ ہے نہ اس کو
محبت میں ہے جرم کچھ بھی چھپانا
بھرے ترکشوں کا بھرم بھی بہت ہے
نہیں لازمی تیر سارے چلانا
سفر ہے پڑاؤ آتے جاتے رہیں گے
کسی اک ٹھکانے سے کیا دل لگانا
عجوبہ سا کچھ انت میں ہوگا فانیؔ
وگرنہ تو کیا ہی تھا سارا فسانہ
