jo tishna-lab hai vo sahrā meñ ruud DhūñDhegā
fazā meñ bikhrī huī koī shai talāshegā
jo aag bujh ga.ī vo us kā duud DhūñDhegā
tijāratoñ ke salīqe se hogā ishq use
vo dil to degā magar us kā suud DhūñDhegā
falak se chalte hue us ko ye gumān na thā
zamīñ pe aa ke vo apnā vajūd DhūñDhegā
