الفت کا انجام برا ہے
دانہ اچھا دام برا ہے
شیخ اچھے ہیں اور برے ہم
بد اچھا بدنام برا ہے
شیخ کے منہ میں پند و نصیحت
مے اچھی ہے جام برا ہے
اس دنیا میں اکثر دیکھا
جرم اچھا الزام برا ہے
حرص کی باتیں کرنے والو
اس شے کا انجام برا ہے
عہد وفا پر مرنے والو
مت کرنا یہ کام برا ہے
وصل کا وعدہ کر کے بولے
اب کہئے پیغام برا ہے
