یہ چار غزلیں یہ لفظ ڈھائی
ہے عمر بھر کی یہی کمائی
کسی نے ہم پر جگر الیچا
کسی نے ہم سے نظر چرائی
دیا خدا نے بھی خوب ہم کو
لٹائی ہم نے بھی پائی پائی
نہ جیت پائے نہ ہار مانی
یہی کہانی غزل رباعی
نہ پوچھ کیسے کٹے ہیں یہ دن
نہ مانگ راتوں کی یوں صفائی
