یہ پانی یہیں تھا ہمارے بنا
ازل سے کوئی روپ دھارے بنا
خدا پر بھروسہ نہیں ہو رہا
ہوا چل رہی ہے تمہارے بنا
جو مرتا نہ ہو پیار اس سے کریں
کوئی تو ہو پیدا سہارے بنا
یہی سچ ہے پر یہ ہی غفلت بھی ہے
کہیں کچھ نہیں ہے پکارے بنا
خدا کو کبھی تو ہرائیں گے ہم
مریں گے نہیں جنگ ہارے بنا
