zamane bhar ki zillat samne thi
zamāne bhar kī zillat sāmne thī
hunar-mandī kī qīmat sāmne thī
shikast-e-ḳhvāb kā aalam na pūchho
baḌī kaḌvī haqīqat sāmne thī
nihāñ saarā hī chehroñ se ayaañ thā
diloñ kī sab kudūrat sāmne thī
zamane bhar ki zillat samne thi
hunar-mandi ki qimat samne thi
shikast-e-KHwab ka aalam na puchho
baDi kaDwi haqiqat samne thi
nihan sara hi chehron se ayan tha
dilon ki sab kudurat samne thi
