ذہن اور دل میں فاصلا ہی رہا
وقت زخموں سے کھیلتا ہی رہا
عمر بھر احتیاط کے با وصف
ہم پہ الزام کم نگاہی رہا
ہم جسے درد آشنا سمجھے
عمر بھر صورت آشنا ہی رہا
خط ابیض نظر کا دھوکا تھا
شب کا انجام تو سیاہی رہا
