زندگی کس لیے گمان میں ہے
چند ہی روز اس مکان میں ہے
جاتے جاتے لکیر کھینچ گیا
کچھ اشارہ اسی نشان میں ہے
رات تنہائی اور تیرا غم
عمر ان کے ہی درمیان میں ہے
فیصلہ کس طرح قبول کروں
صاف گوئی کہاں بیان میں ہے
سب کو فرہاد یاد رہتا ہے
ایک مانجھیؔ بھی داستان میں ہے
