تم میرے کار نشاط و وصل کا یکتا ذریعہ ہو
تمہارے حسن کی پر پیچ گلیوں کا
میں اک تنہا مسافر ہوں
ہمیں ہر روز
مشق وصل کے ہیجان سے ہو کر
نئی منزل کو پانا ہے
نئی مستی کا اک سیلاب لانا ہے
اور اس سیلاب میں سارے جہاں کو ڈوب جانا ہے
میں واقف ہوں کہ یہ ممکن نہیں لیکن
