بھول گئے تم
ہم ہنس کر ہی رہ جاتے ہیں
آنسو آ کر رک جاتے ہیں
تم چپی سمجھ نہ پاتے ہو
ہم چپ ہو کر کہہ جاتے ہیں
وہ شور جہاں ہوتی تھی باتیں
تبدیل ہو گئی سناٹوں میں
میں رات اور تو صبح ہو گیا
جو ملتے ہیں بس شاموں میں
میں رہ گئی تجھ کو یاد کیے
بس جھوٹی ہنسی ٹھہاکوں میں
تو ڈوب گیا غم میں کچھ زیادہ
کہ چھوٹ گئی میں یادوں میں
