ایک احساس
اجاڑ سڑکوں کی دونوں جانب
گھنے درختوں کے لمبے سائے تلے
زمانے کی دھوپ سے تپتے دن گزارے
گھنیری زلفوں کی ٹھنڈی چھاؤں تلے
جوانی کی گرم جلتی دوپہریں کاٹیں
گھنے درختوں کا سایہ قائم
گھنیری زلفوں کی چھاؤں دائم
مگر مرے سر سے ڈھل چکی ہے
