harf-e-ghalat
lafz tanhā koī ma.anī rakhtā nahīñ
apne ma.anī kī ḳhātir
alfāz kī bhiiḌ meñ ḳhud ko khonā paḌegā
varna harf-e-ġhalat kī tarah
saf.ha-e-dahr se vo bhī miT jā.egā
lafz tanha koi mani rakhta nahin
apne mani ki KHatir
alfaz ki bhiD mein KHud ko khona paDega
warna harf-e-ghalat ki tarah
safha-e-dahr se wo bhi miT jaega
