اک مہیب سناٹا
ہجر کا گھنا جنگل
جس کے سب درختوں پر
وحشتوں کا پیراہن
پیرہن سے لپٹی ہے
نا امیدیوں کی بیل
بیل کا ہر اک پتا
اپنے دامن دل میں
ہجر کا گھنا جنگل
