اک بے دھیانی
میں ٹھنڈے توے کی روٹی ہوں
مجھے بے دھیانی میں ڈالا گیا
مجھے بے دردی سے پلٹا گیا
مرے کتنے ٹکڑے اکھڑ گئے
میں ٹھیک سے سینکی جا نہ سکی
میں کسی چنگیر میں آ نہ سکی
مرا پسنا جلنا اور گندھنا
بے کار گیا میں ہار گئی
اک بے دھیانی مجھے مار گئی
