یہی لگتا ہے
غیر اعلانیہ
کچھ ناروا اعلان شاید ہو چکا ہے
یہ اک لمحہ
بہت سنجیدگی سے سوچنے کا ہے
کہ اس کے بعد
اب جو مرحلہ ہوگا
کسی سم سم کے کھلنے کا
نہ شاہوں کے دفینے ہاتھ آنے کا
نہ جشن و رقص کا ہوگا
بھیانک روح فرسا مرحلہ وہ
یقیناً
اشک و خاک و خوں نہائے شہر سے
ملبہ ہٹانے
اور تعفن سے بھرے
تابوت ہی ڈھونے کا ہوگا
