tesha-e-karb
tesha-e-karb kandhoñ pe rakkhe hue
kohkan be-amāñ phir rahe haiñ yahāñ
ḳhvāhishoñ ke diye
sab dhuāñ ho ga.e
vo jo maazī ke chamkīle aurāq the
un pe likkhe hue giit gum ho ga.e
ḳhvāb kī bastiyoñ meñ koī sar-phirā
apnī palkoñ se taqdīr gaḌhtā rahā
aur tārīkiyāñ muñh chhupā.e hue
hāl-e-rafta pe aañsū bahātī rahīñ
pastiyoñ ke safar se palaTte hue
dhuul uḌāte hue rath pareshān haiñ
yuuñ bulandī se ḳhā.if bhalā kyuuñ hue
ye musāfir sabhī
oxigen se dam un kā ghuTtā hai kyuuñ

pastiyon ke safar se palaTte hue
dhul uDate hue rath pareshan hain
yun bulandi se KHaif bhala kyun hue
ye musafir sabhi
