baalā thā jab sab ko bhāyā
baḌā huā kuchh kaam na aayā
'ḳhusrav' kah diyā us kā naañv
arth karo nahīñ chhāDo gaañv
baala tha jab sab ko bhaya
baDa hua kuchh kaam na aaya
'KHusraw' kah diya us ka nanw
arth karo nahin chhaDo ganw
