Amit Bajaj is a software engineer by profession and is currently settled in Noida. He started writing urdu poetry in 2015. Apart from writing ghazals, he is also into theatre. Apart from acting in some of the plays directed by M S Sathyu like Amrita - A sublime Love Story and Dara Shikoh, he has directed a comedy "Anti-national Ghalib" which opened in Shri Ram Centre, New Delhi in 2017.
