puchhte hain wo ishq ka matlab

 

laD hi jae kisi nigar se aankh

 

hai duniya mein zaban meri agar band

 

kaun kahta hai nasim-e-sahari aati hai

 

wo apne matlab ki kah rahe hain zaban par go hai baat meri

 

zauq-e-ulfat ab bhi hai rahat ka arman ab bhi hai
