ulfat ka jis ko rog laga wo bacha nahin

lutf-e-hayat-e-nau hai har ek inqalab mein

hosh manzil kho ke manzil ka pata pate hain log

kuchh sham se puchho na shab-e-tar se puchho

munfarid to hai tera koi muqabil na hua

agar na dard se is dil ko aashna karte

masti-e-do-alam ek markaz pe simaT aai

tere diwane ne diwar mein dar khola hai
