Parwaz has been a successful entrepreneur in Dubai for 40 years. He holds a B.E. (Hon.) in Electrical and Electronics, as well as a Master's degree in Physics from BITS Pilani. Parwaz has been writing since college and has won numerous inter-college writing competitions. He continued writing in Dubai and has gained popularity for his Ghazal, Nazm and Doha compositions.

He has published two volumes of his poetry, ‘Umangein’ and ‘Parwaz ke Dohe’, the latter of which has become very popular and is sung by Padmshree Anup Jalota.

Parwaz is known for his energetic and highly expressive way of expressing his poetry, which has made him very popular in mushairas in Dubai and India. When he takes the stage, he creates a different energy level in the crowd. He is also an actor who has appeared in several Bollywood TV serials and movies. Additionally, he is an anchor and singer.

Parwaz is working on his new book, "Shabdon ka Shahad", which will feature his 100 selected Ghazals and Nazm, although his collection of Ghazals is much more extensive. He also writes lyrics for songs, some of which have already been composed and will soon be released.
