IMRAN MAQBOOL MUGHAL BORN ON 8th of July 1993 in Rajdhani area of Rajouri , jammu and kashmir , acquired pen name 'Sayil Imran' to give words to his own art of poetry.
Raised in Rajdhani , he took his school education from the local school and graduated in sciences from jammu university. Then he took his Masters degree in Zoology.
