andhere ghar mein charaghon se kuchh na kaam liya

teri thaki hui aankhon mein KHwab tha ki nahin

main intiha-e-yas mein tanha khaDa raha

kore kaghaz pe mera naqsh utare koi

kyon kahte ho panw nahin ghar chalta hai

lahu ka dagh na tha zaKHm ka nishan na tha

jo dekhta hai mujhe aaine ke andar se

raushan har ek samt charagh-e-nazar to ho

siyah safha-e-hasti pe main ubhar na saka
