vaqt kī dhuup tez hotī hai
ham-safar ho to raah kaT jaa.e
sahal ho jaa.e phir to johd-e-hayāt
dil na sahme ḳhayāl baT jaa.e
waqt ki dhup tez hoti hai
ham-safar ho to rah kaT jae
sahal ho jae phir to johd-e-hayat
dil na sahme KHayal baT jae
