tumhārī yaad se dil ham-kalām rahtā hai
rahī farāġhat-e-hijrāñ to ho rahegā tai
tumhārī chaah kā jo jo maqām rahtā hai
tumhaare husn se rahti hai ham-kanar nazar

rahi faraghat-e-hijran to ho rahega tai
