mirī chashm-e-haqīqat-āshnā gulshan-badāmāñ hai
tirī is kam-nigāhī kā sabab barg-e-ḳhizāñ-dīda

chhupe hain in chaTanon mein butan-e-na-tarashida
meri chashm-e-haqiqat-ashna gulshan-badaman hai
teri is kam-nigahi ka sabab barg-e-KHizan-dida
