ik martaba dil pe iztirābī aa.ī
ya.anī ki ajal merī shitābī aa.ī
bikhrā jaatā hai nā-tavānī se jī
āshiq na hue ki ik ḳharābī aa.ī
ek martaba dil pe iztirabi aai
yani ki ajal meri shitabi aai
bikhra jata hai na-tawani se ji
aashiq na hue ki ek KHarabi aai
