añdhere jahāñ se miTā kar ke dekho
mohabbat kī sham'eñ jalā kar ke dekho
mire mulk meñ ab siyāsat bahut hai
siyāsat se ḳhud ko judā kar ke dekho
jahāñ-bhar meñ hoñge tumhāre hī charche
har ik ko gale tum lagā kar ke dekho
diyā ġham kisī ne jo 'zīshān' tum ko
kisī roz vo ġham bhulā kar ke dekho
andhere jahan se miTa kar ke dekho
mohabbat ki sham'en jala kar ke dekho
mere mulk mein ab siyasat bahut hai
siyasat se KHud ko juda kar ke dekho
jahan-bhar mein honge tumhaare hi charche
har ek ko gale tum laga kar ke dekho
diya gham kisi ne jo 'zishan' tum ko
kisi roz wo gham bhula kar ke dekho
