har chand zaḳhm zaḳhm darīda-badan rahe
gul-rañg terī yaad ke sab pairahan rahe
dekhā tujhe to rañg pas-e-rañg thī nazar
ye silsile bhī dil ke chaman-dar-chaman rahe
pahroñ tasavvurāt kī mahfil sajī rahī
pahroñ tire ḳhayāl se mahv-e-suḳhan rahe
zauq-e-junūñ pe tañg rahīñ dil kī vus.ateñ
kis dasht kī talāsh meñ shorīda-tan rahe
har chand thiiñ ḳhamosh mire dil kī dhaḌkaneñ
dīvār-o-dar ko yaad tire sab suḳhan rahe
har chand zaKHm zaKHm darida-badan rahe
gul-rang teri yaad ke sab pairahan rahe
dekha tujhe to rang pas-e-rang thi nazar

pahron tasawwuraat ki mahfil saji rahi
